Do you need a AALS licence to cover your event?

It has come to our attention recently that some companies are providing charity abseil services without having the relevant abseil qualifications or licence to work with minors.

If you are looking for a provider, please ensure they have a valid AALS licence and members of AMI.

It is against UK law to provide abseils for financial gain if the age of the participants are under <18 years. 

Please look out for these two logos on websites to ensure you get qualified and experienced instructors.
